Qualifications

• Must be able to work with a team and adapt to shifting duties.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain plant equipment to support daily production.
• Fuel, oil, grease, and perform routine checks on equipment.
• Assist in plant repairs, maintenance, and housekeeping tasks.
• Communicate conditions of equipment and safety concerns to management.
• Perform shifts as assigned, including days, nights, and weekends.
• Follow company procedures and safety regulations at all times.
