Job summary

Sheetz is seeking qualified maintenance technicians to keep store equipment, HVAC, refrigeration, and related systems in optimal working condition. You will troubleshoot issues, perform preventative maintenance, and coordinate with the Facility Support Manager on improvements and vendor performance.

Ideal candidates have a strong technical/mechanical background, experience with HVAC and electrical systems, and are willing to complete required certifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store equipment, HVAC, refrigeration, petroleum equipment and overall facility in good working order.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize parts usage.
• Complete scheduled preventative maintenance on store equipment.
• Complete washing and cleaning of store windows as assigned.
• Communicate issues to Facility Support Manager and provide feedback on maintenance.
• Use work order system to manage repair calls and close completed calls.
• Maintain inventory and assist with parts ordering for non-stock items.
• Attend meetings and training; maintain required certifications.
• Operate and maintain company vehicle according to policy and law.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
