Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services / Custodial Manager 2 for UNC Hospitals in Chapel Hill, NC. This full-time, second-shift role starts at 3:00 PM and oversees a team of about 25 with rotating weekends.

You will lead front-line teams to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and efficiency, handling scheduling, training, and daily operations, while influencing performance and resource deployment in a large hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading environmental services or custodial teams in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory standards.
