Q3 Contracting, Inc. is hiring a 2nd shift shop mechanic in Little Canada, MN. The role focuses on troubleshooting, servicing, repairing, and maintaining a range of equipment assets including vehicles, trailers, aerials, and heavy iron.

You will work in a shop environment with potential mobile assignments and occasional travel. The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of five years of verifiable automotive/truck maintenance experience; ASE or Fluid Power

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; a two-year technical or trade school is desired.
• Minimum five years verifiable experience in automotive/truck maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, service, repair and maintain equipment assets including vehicles, trailers, aerials and heavy equipment.
• Work primarily in shop with occasional mobile work travel and potential overnight or out-of-state travel.
• Follow verbal and written instructions and safety rules; report to supervisor.

Providing a safe environment, quality workmanship, and exceptional value to our customers is the foremost focus of our operations.Q3 Contracting, a division of Primoris Services Corporation, is a publicly owned and operated construction contracting company that provides both specific and turnkey services for its customers in the gas, oil, electric and telecommunications industry.We are currently seeking a 2nd shift shop mechanic for our Little Canada, MN office!!!!!Job Description:Troubleshoot, service, repair and maintain equipment assets including vehicles, trailers, aerials and yellow iron.General Requirements:Practice safety rules.Follow verbal and written instructions.Safe use of hand & power tools.Report to and assist immediate supervisor.Perform quality work as determined by project specifications.Accountable for all tools and materials at the end of your shift.Must work well as part of a team.Ability to work 2:00pm to 11:00pm Monday through Friday.Functional Requirements:Must possess ability to utilize various electronic diagnostic equipment and make minor and major repairs to electrical, hydraulic, air conditioning, gasoline and diesel systems.Work will primarily be performed in shop conditions, although mobile work may be required from time to time.
