Job summary

Aerotek is seeking an entry-level Medical Device Assembler for the 2nd shift in Boulder, CO. You will assemble precision medical devices and surgical instruments in a cleanroom, following strict quality and safety standards while supporting team production goals.

Ideal candidates are dependable with good hand-eye coordination, able to stand for the shift, and comfortable repeating precise tasks. This contract-to-hire role offers onsite work and a pathway to stability with Aerotek and its clients.

Qualifications

• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work with small parts and precision tools, including tweezers and screwdrivers.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain production quality standards.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, retail, food service, or cleanroom environments is a plus.

Entry-Level Medical Device Assembler (2nd Shift)

Available Shifts & Pay

• 2nd Shift: Monday Friday, 2:40 PM 10:40 PM - $20/hour

Position Overview

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join a growing medical device manufacturing team. This role involves assembling precision surgical instruments and medical devices in a cleanroom environment while following strict quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble medical devices and surgical instruments using small hand tools and fixtures.

• Perform repetitive and non-repetitive assembly tasks with a high level of accuracy.

• Follow work instructions, visual aids, process sheets, and verbal directions.

• Inspect products throughout the assembly process to ensure quality standards are met.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Boulder, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
