Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with embroidery production and safety practices.
• Ability to organize work area following 5S.
• Willingness to participate in meetings and communicate issues.
• Experience with CNC embroidery machines.
• Quality inspection of finished goods.

Responsibilities

• Assess safety hazards and implement improvements.
• Maintain 5S in the work area.
• Communicate issues to teams and management.
• Perform operator maintenance on assigned machines.
• Load embroidery machines and monitor operations.
• Ensure quality of finished products.
• Record production data daily.
• Configure job specs in machine controllers per work order.
• Fix thread breaks and adjust machines as needed.
