Responsibilities

• Assesses work area for safety hazards and/or safety improvements
• Organizes the work area to ensure 5S is properly maintained
• Participates in production meetings as scheduled
• Communicates issues to other teams and management to solve problems
• Operates embroidery machines with multiple heads and needles
• Loads and configures embroidery machine per work order
• Monitors machines to fix thread breaks and adjust
• Maintains speed and accuracy to engineered standards
• Records production and issues on daily paperwork
• Ensures finished products meet quality standards
