Job summary

You will operate automatic CNC embroidery machines, load designs, monitor quality, and ensure safe, efficient production. Responsibilities include maintaining 5S, recording production data daily, and communicating issues to teammates.

Responsibilities

• Assesses work area for safety hazards and improvements
• Maintains 5S in the work area
• Operates embroidery machines and loads designs
• Monitors machines and fixes thread breaks
• Records production and quality data daily
• Ensures finished products meet quality standards
• Performs startup tests and machine setup per work order
• Participates in meetings and communicates issues to teams
