Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of manufacturing operations experience.
• Fluency in English and ability to read and follow detailed instructions.
• Strong math, reading comprehension and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs varied manufacturing tasks with independent judgment.
• Follow detailed documentation to execute process-oriented tasks such as testing, inspecting, or rack building.
• Identify areas for process improvement and seek limited guidance for resolution.
• Support training of new employees and operate multiple machines.
• Audit materials and builds for quality assurance.
• Coordinate tasks within a team and meet Customer to Order (CTO) expectations.
