Phillips Staffing is hiring for Production Associates in Simpsonville, SC to support the manufacturing of electronic components.

You will operate machinery, assemble parts to specification, perform quality checks, and maintain a safe, organized work area following 5S standards.

This role requires attention to detail, basic hand-tool use, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Ability to work with small parts.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25-50 pounds.

• Follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math and data entry skills.

In this role you will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing process of electronic components by operating equipment, assembling products, and ensuring quality standards are met. Shift and Pay Information

5th Shift- 11:30am to 11:30pm Saturday & Sunday / $17.00 + 3.00 shift premium
