2nd Shift Electromechanical Assembler (Temporary to Hire)

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic individual to support our 2nd shift team in driving excellence within our Flow Associated Production Center. The role involves utilizing state-of-the-art production techniques to ensure the quality and safety of our instrumentation.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine assembly operations on mechanical and electronic components using samples, bills of material, prints, work instructions, and verbal directions.
  • Assemble devices, including programming transmitters and using laser technology.
  • Fabricate sub-components with various tools and machines.
  • Conduct visual inspections and functional testing during assembly.
  • Perform calibration of devices as needed.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and notify the team lead of adjustments or scrap.
Qualifications
  • Ability to complete essential duties satisfactorily, with reasonable accommodations for disabilities.
  • Self-motivated and able to identify with assigned work.
  • Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and operating machines.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Basic math skills, including measurements and conversions.
  • Ability to read blueprints and operate various tools.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
