This position reports to:

Production Engineering Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Oversees execution of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of testing validation equipment.
• Collaborates with the Engineering team to define maintenance plans for new testing equipment and consults on ways to improve reliability, maintainability, and safety of existing testing equipment.
• Performs daily/weekly/monthly/annual test equipment calibrations.
• Manages and updates technical documentation of testing equipment and maintains detailed calibration records and work instructions.
• Solves major technical, equipment, or facilities problems to improve production line performance.
• Maintains tools and repairs equipment to keep them in good working condition.
• Proposes improvement projects for testing equipment to reduce maintenance and optimize operational and energy efficiency.
• Responds to emergencies, breakdowns, malfunctions, and other problems to minimize production disruptions.
• Performs preventative maintenance on testing/validation equipment.

Qualifications for the Role

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical maintenance.
• Minimum of 2-year associate degree in electrical technology or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA, lock out tag out (LOTO), electrical theory, PLC, automation, AC/DC circuits, power and control circuits, NFPA 70E, low and high voltage.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
