Production Engineering Manager
Oversees execution of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of testing validation equipmentCollaborates with the Engineering team to define maintenance plans for new testing equipment, and consults on ways to improve reliability, maintainability and safety of the existing testing equipmentPerforms daily/weekly/monthly/annual test equipment calibrationsManages and updates technical documentation of testing equipment and maintains detailed test equipment calibration records and work instructionsSolves major technical, equipment, or facilities problems in order to achieve higher performance of the production lines.Maintains tools and repairs equipment in good working condition.Proposes improvement projects for testing equipment aimed at reducing ordinary and extraordinary maintenance and optimizing operational and energy efficiency.Responds to emergencies, breakdowns, malfunctions, and other operating problems to minimize disruption in the production / validation process.Performs preventative maintenance operations on testing/validation equipment
