Qualifications

• Completion of an associate degree in industrial electrical maintenance or two years of related industrial electrical experience.
• Experience reading electrical schematics and understanding AC/DC theory, motor controls, and ladder diagrams.
• Basic computer skills and ability to pass a hands-on test.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety management program and report deviations.
• Inspect and maintain electrical systems and wiring per NEC and codes.
• Install, test, and troubleshoot electrical components and panels.
• Read schematics/blueprints to plan wiring layouts and installations.
• Document work and ensure compliance with standards.
