Job summary

American Products is seeking a 2nd Shift Product Assembler to join our hands-on production team. You will perform electrical wiring and component installation on shelters and enclosures, following blueprints and diagrams, with focus on quality and safety.

Training shift is Tue-Fri 5:30am-3:30pm; primary shift is Mon-Thu 3:30pm-1:30am. Pay is $20-21 per hour plus a $2/hour shift differential for eligible hours.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of electrical or manufacturing experience (or related training/certification).
• Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and shop documentation.
• Experience bending conduit preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical wiring and component installation on shelters and enclosures.
• Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and technical instructions.
• Test finished wiring and troubleshoot as needed.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools to assemble products.
• Inspect materials and finished work for quality standards.
• Package and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Rotate between workstations as needed to support production.
