You will use hand and power tools, measure precisely, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while supporting production across multiple stations. Experience with electrical assembly and adherence to safety standards are valued.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of electrical or manufacturing experience (or related training/certification).
• Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and shop documentation.
• Experience bending conduit preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure and work with precision.

Electrical Assembly Technician
Location: Strafford, MO
Pay: $20-21/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Tuesday–Friday | 5:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Active, hands-on role: standing, walking, lifting, and assembling throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and move materials as needed
• Requires use of hands, tools, and equipment regularly
• Must follow all safety procedures, including wearing steel toe boots and safety glasses
