Job summary

SITE Staffing Inc. is seeking Electrical Assemblers in Milwaukee, WI. The role runs 7am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday, offering hands-on pre-assembly of electrical kits from stocked and fabricated parts.

You will perform light fabrication, read blueprints, and handle materials while collaborating with engineering and production leads to support installation needs. Must pass a competency test and pre-employment screening.

Qualifications

• Read blueprints and bill of materials (BOM).
• Must pass competency test and pre-employment physical including drug screen.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and climb ladders.
• Able to read measuring devices and troubleshoot.
• Detail oriented with ability to learn manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Pre-assemble electrical kits from inventoried and fabricated components.
• Light fabrication: drilling, forming, wire stripping and crimping.
• Material handling and storage tasks as needed.
• Coordinate with Electrical Engineering, Production Supervisors and Team Leads.
• Support installation needs for various electrical equipment.
