What You'll Be Doing:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and machinery
  
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
  
• Maintain equipment logs and report issues proactively
  
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
  
• Ensure all work follows food safety and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards
  

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience (food manufacturing a huge plus!)
  
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
  
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and manuals
  
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  
• Must be able to work 2nd shift and occasional weekends/overtime as needed
