Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to pass a county-level background check during onboarding.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight trailers safely and efficiently.
• Sort, stage, move, and organize palletized and non-palletized freight.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Secure freight inside trailers using load bars, straps, and other equipment.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, freight handling, and dock operations.
• Work safely following OSHA and company procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.
• Work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse and loading dock.
• Lift, carry, push, and pull freight up to 50 lb frequently and over 70 lb occasionally.
• Perform basic math calculations with and without a calculator.
