Job summary

Kontoor Brands, Inc. is seeking a Distribution Supervisor to support the Shift Manager in receiving, packing, and shipping finished goods. You will assign daily work, address performance, and lead associates to meet production needs in a dynamic distribution center.

Ideal candidates show leadership potential, operate in English, and are authorized to work in the United States. This role requires flexible hours and a commitment to safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and minimum of three years of job-related experience, preferably in a distribution environment.
• 4-year college degree preferred.
• Proven leadership potential
• Must be authorized to work legally in the United States
• Fluency in English, bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assigns daily work based on facility requirements and coordinates workload.
• Enforces standard methods and suggests improvements; supports pay policy implementation.
• Lead and coach associates; manage employee development and engagement.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety; participate in health and safety committees.
• Track department metrics and participate in continuous improvement projects.
