Responsibilities include managing new item reception, scheduling POs for shipment, and monitoring shipments for high-profile items while coordinating with the distribution team to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Responsibilities

• Development of team members in supporting function.
• Attend weekly meetings as necessary.
• Manage the daily reception of new items and add to Distribution Master by chain upon arrival.
• Manage the daily reception of new POs from DC Customers and schedule POs to ship in a timely manner.
• Manage POs for all DC customers.
• Create orders for managed customer shipments and new product distribution – including Quick Ships.
• Monitor the status of product shipments for high profile or special placement items
• Identify items allocated but not distributed weekly. Communicate issues to Director of Distribution and accountable salesperson.
• Other duties as assigned by management
