Responsibilities

• Develop team members in supporting function.
• Attend weekly meetings as necessary.
• Manage the daily reception of new POs from customers and schedule POs to ship.
• Manage POs for all customers.
• Research and advise Sales Operations of product availability for customer orders.
• Prepare the sales order for all DC customers and send to warehouse for shipment in a timely manner.
• Review the shipment of sales orders for customers and respond to inquiries regarding shipments.
