Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum six months experience operating stand-up reach trucks.
• Experience with SAP or other warehouse management systems.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Able to work in a team and take initiative.
• Fluency in English for safety and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts for order picking and packing; document via computer and SAP.
• Transport orders to consolidation and prepare shipments.
• Investigate shipment discrepancies and ensure outbound accuracy.
• Meet deadlines and coordinate with shifts to maintain workflow.
• Provide training to team members as needed.
• Identify safety hazards and follow procedures.
