Job summary

Oregon Tool, Inc. is hiring a Shipping Utility to ensure accurate order fulfillment and maintain product quality from the distribution center. You will handle packing, labeling, auditing, and inventory movement, serving as a final quality checkpoint.

The role requires attention to safety and efficiency in a fast‑paced warehouse. Experience with SAP and shipping carriers is preferred, and the shift is 2nd with a $1/hr differential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required with warehouse, shipping, receiving, distribution, or logistics experience.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment including stand‑up narrow aisle reach trucks and order selectors, up to 50 pounds.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and shipping technologies; SAP experience preferred, familiarity with FedEx and UPS.

Responsibilities

• Execute shipping and order fulfillment by picking, auditing, consolidating, packing, labeling, and preparing orders for shipment.
• Process and verify shipments using SAP, ShipERP, FedEx and UPS systems; resolve discrepancies before delivery.
• Support warehouse operations by meeting daily goals, assisting with special projects, and collaborating across shipping, auditing, and hand‑picking functions.
• Promote a safe, organized workplace by following safety procedures and 5S standards; operate material handling equipment as needed.
