Adecco is seeking detail-oriented Associate Technicians for 2nd shift to join a growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble, inspect, and verify products while maintaining quality and productivity standards. No optical industry experience is required.

Training will be provided. Pay details include $17.50 per hour with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for overtime. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions are essential for success in a team

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, production, or machine operation is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Willingness to learn new processes and work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and inspect products according to work instructions.
• Operate equipment and hand tools in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and product standards.
• Read and follow work orders and production guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
