Job summary

Bachoco Group in Fort Smith, AR is seeking a Dispatcher for 2nd shift. You will oversee day-to-day operations in the ITT Transportation department, coordinating with drivers and customers to ensure timely service.

The role requires basic computer skills, ability to learn email/office software, and prior dispatch experience is preferred. Shift is 8:00am–5:00pm with pay of $20.25/hour and some Saturdays as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent training.
• Dispatch experience preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Basic math and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch drivers and equipment.
• Maintain logs and records of trailer movements.
• Use equipment and drivers efficiently; rotate equipment for maintenance.
• Provide services to plants and maintain good working relationships.
• Communicate with customers and drivers to provide timely services.
