Job summary

Hattie Larlham is looking for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities at our Mantua, OH location. You will help create a safe, engaging environment where individuals can thrive and form meaningful connections.

Responsibilities

• Help with everyday living skills such as bathing, getting dressed, eating, and attending activities and medical appointments.
• Document accomplishments and attend meetings and trainings regarding persons served.
• Maintain contact with family members and provide updates of their loved ones.
• Communicate with other healthcare professionals and work together as a team.
• Reliability, punctuality and commitment to this job are very important in providing the best care to our persons served.

Opening

• Direct Support Professional (DSP)
• Location: Mantua, OH in northern Portage County, less than 10 minutes from the I-480 exit in Streetsboro.
• Full-Time or Part-Time Schedule:
• 2nd Shift: 2:30pm-11:00pm
• Every other weekend and holiday required
