Hattie Larlham is seeking a Weekend Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Ohio to support individuals with developmental disabilities in daily living and community activities. The role involves two 12‑hour weekend shifts with opportunities for bonus pay and wage access before payday.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid Ohio Driver's License with 5 or fewer points.
• Must be able to lift and assist individuals.
• Pre-employment drug screen is required.
• Previous direct care experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist individuals with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, meals, and personal care.
• Support participation in community activities and medical appointments.
• Help with cleaning, cooking, and transportation as needed.

Opening

• Direct Support Professional (DSP)
• Duties: Help with everyday living skills such as cleaning, cooking, bathing, getting dressed, eating, and attending activities and medical appointments.
• Schedule Options:
• Weekend Warrior, every Saturday & Sunday, 6am-6pm (two 12‑hour days)
• Location Options:
• Green / Uniontown Group Home
• Solon Group Home
• Qualifications:
• High School Diploma/GED
• Valid Ohio Driver's License with 5 or fewer points
• Must have sufficient physical strength to lift and assist individuals
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Previous direct care experience preferred
