Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking an energetic Dining Supervisor, 2nd Shift. This role works Monday through Friday, 5:30pm to 2am, overseeing front-end production and daily service while upholding company standards.

Founded in 1960, AVI Foodsystems provides comprehensive food services with a focus on quality, safety, and customer service. The successful candidate will have culinary/foodservice experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds and work on

Qualifications

• Previous culinary/foodservice experience required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Successful team leadership experience.
• Able to lift up to 15–30 pounds; stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front end production
• Follow opening procedures, including opening cash drawers
• Comply with all policies and safety programs
• Communicate issues of concern to management (customer issues, cleanliness, safety concerns)
• Follow safety requirements at accounts
• Adhere to grooming and appearance standards
• Perform other duties as specified by management
