KDM is hiring experienced Digital Press Operators and Lead Operators to join our 2nd Shift production team in Cincinnati, OH. You will operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize digital printing equipment used to produce retail graphics, POP displays, signage, banners, decals, and other marketing materials.

We’re seeking candidates with digital print production experience, strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience operating digital press, print production, or manufacturing equipment.
• Experience in printing, graphics, signage, POP displays, or manufacturing.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work 2nd Shift.

Responsabilités

• Produce high-quality graphics, signage, banners, and POP displays.
• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize digital printing equipment.
• Monitor print quality and color consistency.
• Support efficient production flow and on-time job completion.
• Complete work orders and production records accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with training and supporting team members as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve quality and productivity.
