KDM is seeking an HP Indigo Digital Press Operator for the 2nd shift in Cincinnati, Ohio. The role focuses on operating and maintaining HP Indigo equipment to ensure high-quality prints and maximum uptime, collaborating with production and prepress teams.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of digital press experience, strong mechanical troubleshooting, color accuracy, and proficiency with proprietary software. This on-site role offers competitive pay and stay bonuses based on role and experience.

The HP Indigo Digital Press Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining HP Indigo digital press equipment to ensure efficient production, exceptional print quality, and maximum equipment uptime. This role works closely with production and prepress teams to optimize workflow, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality printed products that meet customer specifications. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, technology-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

LOCATION:

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Cincinnati, Ohio area

COMPENSATION:

Starting at $26.00 per hour based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated expertise.

STAY BONUS:

General Operators & Maintenance Technicians Total Bonus of $1500

Specialized Operators Total Bonus $2500

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required

• 1-2 years of experience operating commercial digital press equipment.

• Ability to monitor and maintain print quality standards, including color accuracy and registration.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven production environment.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn and utilize proprietary software systems.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.

Preferred

• Experience operating HP Indigo 6000 Series or 18000 Series presses.
• Experience with commercial printing, digital printing, UV inkjet, toner-based printing, or related print technologies.
• Knowledge of color management, file preparation, and print production workflows.
• Experience performing preventative maintenance and equipment adjustments to maximize uptime.
