KDM is hiring experienced Digital Press Operators and Lead Operators to join our 2nd Shift production team in Cincinnati, OH. You will operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize digital printing equipment used to produce retail graphics, POP displays, signage, banners, decals, and other marketing materials.

We’re seeking candidates with digital print production experience, strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience operating digital press, print production, or manufacturing equipment.
• Experience in printing, graphics, signage, POP displays, or manufacturing.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work 2nd Shift.

KDM is hiring experienced Digital Press Operators and Lead Operators to join our 2nd Shift production team. In this role, you'll operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize digital printing equipment used to produce retail graphics, POP displays, signage, banners, decals, and other marketing materials. We're looking for candidates with digital print production experience, strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety.

Shift: 2nd Shift | 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Pay: Starting at $24.00+ per hour , based on experience

Digital Press Operation & Print Production

• Produce high-quality graphics, signage, banners, and POP displays

Equipment Setup, Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Perform machine setup, preventative maintenance, and basic troubleshooting

Quality Control & Color Management

• Monitor print quality and color consistency

Workflow Coordination & Production Scheduling

• Support efficient production flow and on-time job completion

Production Documentation & Job Tracking

• Complete work orders and production records accurately

Housekeeping & Safety Compliance

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Team Training & Operator Support

• Assist with training and supporting team members as needed

Continuous Improvement & Process Optimization

• Identify opportunities to improve quality and productivity

Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience operating digital press, print production, or manufacturing equipment
• Experience in printing, graphics, signage, POP displays, or manufacturing
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work 2nd Shift

Preferred

• Inca, EFI VUTEk, or similar digital press experience
• Lead Operator, Trainer, or Team Lead experience
• Quality control and color management experience
