Qualifications

• Die setting experience in plastics manufacturing is required.
• Experience with injection molding processes and machine operation.
• Ability to perform mold changes and machine setups.
• Must be able to read a tape measure accurately.
• Proficient with hand tools and maintaining a clean work area.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled mold/die changes on injection molding machines.
• Set up and prepare molding equipment for production.
• Perform preventative maintenance on molding machines.
• Complete Level 1 preventative maintenance on molding tools.
• Troubleshoot and support day-to-day molding operations.
• Use hand tools and measuring equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
• Complete additional production-related duties as needed.
