Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking dependable caregivers for the 2:30pm–10:45pm shift in our Chicago area community. You will provide hands-on care to seniors, assisting with daily activities while fostering comfort, wellbeing, and quality of life. Prior experience as a caregiver or related roles is valued, and a CN.A.

license is not required. We welcome passionate individuals pursuing a career in senior living and healthcare.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Able to communicate clearly in English (verbal and written).
• Experience as a caregiver or relevant training is valued.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on care to residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care.
• Assist residents with daily activities and promote socialization.
• Document and report changes to care staff promptly.
• Uphold high standards of care, safety, and cleanliness.
• Assist with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed.
• Prioritize hospitality and resident satisfaction in every interaction.
