Responsibilities

• Assist Supervisor with department setup and daily operations.
• Monitor shoulder cuts, debone issues, and meat supply.
• Relieve line personnel as needed and cover absenteeism.
• Perform wash down during breaks and maintain housekeeping.
• Serve as Supervisor backup during their absence.
