Job summary

DICK’S Sporting Goods is seeking a DC Maintenance Supervisor for 2nd shift (Mon-Thu, 4:45pm–3:30am) to lead maintenance technicians and janitorial staff in a distribution center environment. You will ensure safety procedures and manage spare parts inventory plus preventative maintenance programs.

The role requires an Associate's degree or 2-year technical degree (or equivalent experience), 3–5 years in industrial maintenance supervision, and hands-on skills with PLCs, conveyors, electrical

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or 2-year technical degree (or work-related experience).
• 3-5 years experience in industrial maintenance supervision.
• Working knowledge of PLCs.
• Able to work flexible hours including occasional Saturday shift.
• Hands-on management approach.
• Experience with conveyor systems, forklift, and electrical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Lead team of maintenance technicians and janitorial staff to perform all daily DC maintenance activities.
• Manage preventative maintenance program timing, scheduling, and execution with the team and external partners.
• Assist maintenance manager with expense and capital project tracking and execution.
• Manage inventory and oversee receiving and storage of spare parts.
