Job summary

DICK’S Sporting Goods Distribution Center is seeking a Maintenance Tech II to keep our high-volume wholesale operation running safely and efficiently. You’ll perform preventive and corrective maintenance on conveyors, material-handling systems, and facility equipment to minimize downtime and support timely order fulfillment.

You’ll troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues, follow strict safety and Lockout/Tagout procedures, and document work in a CMMS.

Qualifications

• Experience performing preventive and corrective maintenance on conveyors and material-handling equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues.
• Familiarity with Lockout/Tagout safety procedures and safe work practices.
• Document maintenance work in CMMS and follow work orders.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on conveyors and material-handling systems to minimize downtime.
• Carry out corrective maintenance to keep operations running safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues and escalate when needed.
• Follow strict safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout procedures.
• Document all maintenance activities in the CMMS system.
