Job summary

Ferguson is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Iowa team. You will ensure inbound shipments are logged, perform general warehouse tasks, and support the site in safety and compliance efforts.

Position includes picking/packing for dispatch and coordination with other departments to resolve holds, with OT as needed. The role requires reliability, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Resolve orders that cannot be dispatched by coordinating with other departments.
• Pick and pack goods for dispatch following quality and efficiency standards.
• Adhere to company, HSE policies, procedures, and requirements.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties to support warehouse operations.

• Assist site management to comply strictly with Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation, completing necessary documentation and records impeccably.
• Resolve orders that cannot be dispatched or are on hold by coordinating with other departments, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
• Pick and pack goods ready for dispatch, adhering to our proven standards of quality and efficiency.
• Adhere strictly to company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance, demonstrating your dedication and determination.
• Successfully implement other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the warehouse operations.

Pay Range

$15.00 - $19.59

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
