Job summary

AriensCo in Shepherdsville, KY is seeking a Distribution Center Associate on 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 1:30–10:00 PM). Pay is $20/hour with a $2/hour shift differential.

You will pick, pack, and ship orders accurately, verify paperwork, manage packaging inventory, and support safe, efficient warehouse operations. Qualified candidates will have forklift certification, basic computer literacy, and the ability to read invoices in English while following safety protocols and 6S standards to keep our

Responsibilities

• Accurately selecting products to fulfill orders.
• Prepare products for shipping and ensure quality during transit.
• Verify each order against customer specifications for accuracy.
• Handle shipping documents and recordkeeping with care.
• Monitor inventory of packaging supplies and keep organized.
• Support various warehouse tasks as needed to meet business needs.
• Operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, reach) as needed for goods.
• Apply 6S principles to maintain a safe, organized workspace.
