AriensCo is seeking a Distribution Center Associate in Shepherdsville, KY. Join a fast-paced, collaborative team where accuracy and efficiency drive customer satisfaction. The role offers 2nd shift Monday-Friday from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM with pay at $20/hour plus a $2/hour shift differential.

Responsibilities include precise picking, staging, shipping documentation, inventory control, and maintaining 6S standards. Candidates must be forklift-certified and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read invoices and follow commands in English for picking.
• Ability to operate forklifts safely and comply with safety protocols.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order selection and shipping.

Responsibilities

• Accurately select products to fulfill customer orders with speed.
• Prepare products for shipping and maintain packaging integrity.
• Verify each order against customer specs to ensure accuracy.
• Handle shipping documents accurately and keep organized records.
• Monitor inventory of packaging supplies and ensure stock readiness.
• Adapt to various tasks to support operations and customer needs.
• Operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, reach) as certified.
• Apply 6S methodology to maintain a clean, organized workspace.
