Job summary

AriensCo in Shepherdsville, KY seeks a Distribution Center Associate for 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 1:30–10:00pm). The role pays $20 per hour with a $2 per hour shift differential for all hours worked.

You will accurately pick orders, prepare products for shipping, verify orders against customer specs, manage packing materials, ensure safety, and operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, reach). Forklift certification is required.

Qualifications

• Able to read invoices and follow picking system instructions in English.
• Basic math and reading abilities to manage tasks and processes.
• Strong focus on safety and adherence to protocols.
• Willingness to perform multiple warehouse tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Select products to fulfill customer orders with accuracy and speed.
• Ensure products are securely prepared for shipping and maintained during transit.
• Verify each order against customer specifications for accuracy.
• Handle shipping documents and maintain organization.
• Monitor and manage inventory of packaging supplies.
• Operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, reach) and apply 6S principles.
• Adapt to varying tasks to support operations.
