GXO Logistics, Inc. seeks a Data Center Operations Supervisor for 2nd shift in Red Oak, TX to lead daily warehouse operations and a frontline team. Responsibilities include coaching, monitoring quality, and ensuring safety and efficiency while upholding the 7S program and company policies.

Required: 2 years of warehousing or logistics experience; supervisory background; proficiency in Microsoft Office and scanners; degree in logistics or related field preferred.

Formación

• 2 years of warehousing or logistics experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and scanner equipment.
• 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse.
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance.
• Monitor work quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
• Adhere to the GXO 7S program and quality policy.
• Communicate with leadership and other departments.
