The schedule is Monday–Friday, 2:00pm–10:00pm, and the role offers a base hourly rate plus a 10% shift differential. Ideal candidates can lift up to 60 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a food manufacturing environment while following GMP/HACCP

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform repetitive motions.
• Stand/walk for extended periods in a food manufacturing setting.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. and basic math proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, clean, sanitize and reassemble production equipment.
• Fill in across multiple areas as needed to support production.
• Open barrels or bags of cheese and other ingredients, weigh to spec.
• Ensure proper recycling and garbage disposal; maintain clean work areas.
• Load cheese into grinders; heavy lifting required; stack boxes on pallets.
• Adhere to Safety, Food Safety, GMP and HACCP practices.
