4over is seeking an Assistant Operator, Cutting (Jogger) on 2nd shift in Arlington, TX. The role supports the lead in setup and safe operation of cutting equipment to meet customer specs, ensuring a smooth flow from jogging to cutting sections and accurate paper handling.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED and 6 months to 1 year of related cutting-machine experience, with strong attention to detail and safety awareness.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalency.
• Six months – one year of related experience with Polar or Saber cutting machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills; ability to adapt to equipment changes and production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Weigh and jog paper in preparation for cutting.
• Maintain a constant flow of product to the cutting section.
• Liaise with cutter operators using professional communication.
• Arrange incoming batches to ensure efficient workflow.
• Maintain and update the cutting log.
• Report safety hazards and injuries to management immediately.
• Follow safety policies and work rules at all times.
• Attend department/company meetings and assist as needed.
