Job summary

4over in Arlington, TX is seeking an Assistant Cutter (Jogger) to support the lead with setup, adjustments and safe operation of cutting equipment, ensuring customer specifications are met and product flows smoothly.

The role is 1st shift, Monday–Friday, eight or more hours daily (approx. 05:00 AM – 01:00 PM). Pay range is $15–$17 per hour, with compensation commensurate with experience; training may occur at other times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred (6 months to 1 year).
• Strong problem-solving and math skills essential for production accuracy.
• Ability to read and follow written/verbal instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Weigh and jog paper in preparation for cutting.
• Maintain a constant flow of product to the cutting section.
• Liaise with cutter operators using professional communication and judgment.
• Arrange batches to ensure efficient workflow.
• Maintain and update the cutting log and safety records.
• Wear PPE and follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Perform general housekeeping and assist coworkers as needed.
