Digital Room seeks a Production Helper (Jogger Operator) in Arlington, TX. The role runs 2nd shift (2:30 PM–11:00 PM) with $13.50 hourly pay. You will prep jogger operations, weight jobs, and ensure alignment for Cutter, while maintaining safety and communicating with the supervisor.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of printing/packing experience, English proficiency, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Benefits include health coverage and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, speak, and understand English.
• At least 1 year experience packing with different paper thickness and general printing process.
• Ability to measure and count accurately.
• Able to safely use hand/power tools and communicate with supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Get clear communication on next ganged jobs and keep timing on track.
• Place printed jobs on jogger to align for Cutter Operator.
• Weigh each job according to specifications and monitor jogging speed.
• Troubleshoot machine problems and notify supervisor if needed.
• Maintain safety by reporting hazards and keeping equipment in good order.
• Overtime may be required based on business needs.
