K&G Petroleum in Sheridan, CO is seeking a Customer Service Representative for 2nd shift to join our Operations team. This hourly role supports store operations, handles customer questions, processes sales, and contributes to a safe, friendly shopping environment.

Candidates should have a High School diploma and retail or customer service experience. We offer varied shifts, non-exempt status with overtime eligibility, and opportunities for growth within the store network.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and engage customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary, courteous customer service and handle complaints quickly and tactfully.
• Utilize suggestive selling techniques to drive sales while maintaining customer rapport.
• Process all sales on the cash register accurately; handle cash and other payment forms; follow cash-handling procedures.
• Operate POS and related equipment; maintain site cleanliness and organize inventory.
• Perform duties with minimal supervision; may work irregular hours.
• Notify management of dishonesty and follow store policies.
• Comply with all company policies and regulatory requirements; complete required trainings.
