Penske Logistics LLC in Marion, OH is hiring for a warehouse associate on 2nd shift with a competitive hourly wage and robust benefits package. The role focuses on processing inbound/outbound shipments, maintaining workflow to meet schedules, and coordinating with supervisors to hit warehouse metrics.

Eligible candidates have at least 2 years of office experience and 1 year in customer service, with HS diploma and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 2 years of general office experience required.
• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required.
• AS400 experience preferred.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Processing inbound and outbound shipments in the warehouse.
• Control the flow of work to meet departure and receiving times.
• Resolve discrepancies.
• Interact with warehouse associates and troubleshoot issues.
• Assist with daily and weekly reports.
• Jointly work with Supervisors and Management to meet warehouse metrics.
• Prioritize workload and have flexibility to adjust based on position requirements.
• Other projects and tasks assigned by Supervisor.

$22.18 Base Rate + $1.00 shift differential

$1500.00 Retention Bonus after 120 days

Hours:

2nd shift Monday-Friday 2:00 PM - 10:00 pm. Weekend work and OT as needed.
