Job summary

Total Maintenance Management is seeking a team member for a 2nd shift role in Eden Prairie, MN. The position involves keeping large, varied facilities clean and orderly, including spaces like lobbies, restrooms, corridors and work areas. You will perform routine cleaning, dusting, washing and trash disposal to maintain high standard of cleanliness.

Qualifications are minimal; training is provided. The job requires physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to stand, walk and reach throughout

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: No prior experience or training.
• Language Ability: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and communicate in English.
• Math Ability: Basic arithmetic with money, weights, volume and distance.

Responsibilities

• Keeps premises of commercial, retail, airport, hospitality, healthcare, convention centers/arenas or other institutional buildings in clean and orderly condition.
• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, surfaces and floors; cleans rooms, corridors, lobby areas and restrooms.
• Dusts, washes walls and windows; empties trash and transports waste to disposal area.
