PK Property Services is seeking a Custodian for the 2nd shift in Woodbury, MN. The role emphasizes cleaning and upkeep to meet facility standards, including window washing, floor care, restroom cleaning, and waste disposal, with daily reporting and collaboration with on-site staff.

We seek reliable, self-motivated individuals who can lift 50+ pounds and operate basic equipment, pass background checks, and adapt to varied weather.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a standard background check including E-Verify
• Ability to operate minor equipment
• Must be a self-starter and able to produce work with minimum supervision
• Previous construction or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Valid driver’s license (preferred)

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of specified areas to each specific facility’s needs
• Window washing, sanitizing, dusting
• Floor care includes vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping
• General waste disposal, cleaning restrooms
• Completing daily reports for work completed
• Working with on-site staff to complete daily tasks
